Robin Ulbredtch

“Hello” from Idaho!

Info About Me

My name is Robin Ulbredtch and I live with my family in Sandpoint, Idaho. My family consists of my husband, Steve, and my dog, Roxy. Our hometown of Sandpoint is located in the northern “Panhandle” region of Idaho. Steve and I have lived in this area since the early 1970s and have served God in a variety of ways during this time.

Steve is a disabled veteran. He served by playing his guitar and singing in the band at our church and during the week for the morning Bible Study at Bonner Gospel Mission in Ponderay, Idaho. He is very knowledgeable about the Bible and helps me in many ways. Steve is also an excellent photographer and some of his floral pictures are placed on this website.

Roxy, our two-year old schnauzer-mix dog came to us as a rescue dog. Roxy’s first owners abused her and left her on the steps of the home of a woman who worked in one of our local veterinarian’s office. Roxy had apparently been picked up and shaken by a large dog and was in bad condition. This woman from the veterinarian clinic fixed her up and took her in. However, later on the woman was with child and about to deliver, and had to go on bed rest. The woman and her husband had two large mastiff dogs and she could not keep continual watch over Roxy. Steve and I took Roxy into our home and she has become our precious little girl.

As a Christian author and writer, I have self-published three books: Heart to heart: A Discipleship and Mentoring Plan, Behold Our Awesome God, and Hidden Treasures: A Collection of Writings by William Curtis Harvard. Separate pages were created on this website and some of my other websites to provide further information about these books. All three books are available from the online bookstores at www.amazon.com, www.westbowpress.com and www.christianbook.com They can also be ordered through your local book seller.

My writing is done on a part-time basis from my office at home. Caring for Steve, Roxy, and taking care of home business (like bank accounts, medical appoints, etc.) takes a large portion of my time. In addition, we presently have two others living in our home with us and others whom I drive to grocery store and to do errands.

In addition, I started up North Idaho Christian Writers to help others improve their writing and to encourage them to share God’s word with others. It was also started to provide fellowship time with others who enjoy writing. The writers group usually meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at the East Bonner County Library in Sandpoint from 1:30-3:30 p.m. If you have an interest in improving your writing, we invite you to join our group.

Along with information about my books, this website contains a variety of other written works such as blogs, poetry, and testimonies for your enjoyment. In this writing ministry I share my faith in Jesus Christ with anyone open to listen.

Jesus Christ is alive and He provides the only true and lasting answers to overwhelming problems we face in our daily lives. Jesus is the only way to eternal life with God the Father in heaven. Jesus loves every person so much that He willingly obeyed God’s will and gave up His life to pay the penalty for our sins. Jesus wants every person to come to Him for forgiveness, love, mercy and salvation. When we do this, The Holy Spirit washes our sins away and we become new creations in Christ Jesus. All things become new and the old passes away.

No person, who truly wants deliverance from their sin, is too evil for God to forgive, redeem, and save. God washes our sins away and comes and lives in our heart. He heals our wounds and changes us from the inside out. Then God uses us as His ambassadors to take His ministry of reconciliation to others so they can be healed and saved too. God cleanses us from our sin and reconciles us into a restored relationship with Him. We can then approach His throne of grace and have a personal, one-on-one relationship with Him.
